Charizard lives in the mountains. It makes no sense for it to be weak to Rock. Especially with so many Pokedex entries mentioning how it can melt rock with it's fire
Intimidate makes Incineroar a pain in the ass to deal with, in VGC. I've tried to make it better in Singles, but a little worse in Doubles
Libero is a retarded ability, that was only made because Gay Freak wanted Cringerace to be Greninja 2.0
I kept GT on Rillaboom, because I didn't wanna nerf it too hard. I nerfed it's Attack, because Grassy Glide is super strong. Though, I already gave Meganium GT, anyway. Maybe I could give Rilla something different

I’ll buff Alcremie by buffing Decorate
Decorate now functions as a combination of Defog and Steamroller with a few added bonuses
Hazards, Terrains and Special Trapping Moves can be picked up and used to Decorate. Doing this deletes them from the field to give a whole slew of stat boosts and additional effects to the Decorated.

Most of you guys are going way too overboard with your buffs. Stuff like this makes way more sense - Arbok would still largely be a shitmon but at least it would be one with an interesting niche. Not just randomly boosted to Ubers or the top of OU because of some broken ability.

Give Arbok Infiltrator and buff it's bulk a bit. Having Switcheroo, Toxic, Haze, and Dragon Tail makes it pretty good for breaking set up strats but its one downside is not being able to attack through substitutes.

If I had to buff Machamp, I would give it Drain/Mach Punch, but also raise it's Speed by 10/20 points. Just so it can outspeed some slower, bulky Pokemon better

Charizard is shit because there's a dozen other Fire types that do what it does better, rocks or no rocks. Hence why it's still in the shitcan even now that boots are in the game while plenty of other Rock weak pokemon did just fine before boots and are even stronger now with boots. Like for example Moltres, which has the exact same typing and pretty much completely outclasses Charizard and has been a consistent UU staple even at the peak of rocks meta while Charizard continued its descent into the lower tiers. Even shit like Yanmega or Scyther were more viable despite sharing the same 4x weakness.

Not denying Charizard is shit in other ways. Again, I don't care about Zard. I just think Stealth Rocks as a concept are bullshit. It unfairly punishes a Pokemon for having certain type combinations that aren't even that good

Boots are a broken item hence why they're used on general pivot Pokemon like Blissey or Zeraora that aren't even Rock-weak. The complete immunity to all chip damage from hazards is just too strong - if anything needs a nerf it's boots, not entry hazards. Point being, Pokemon like Moltres or Charizard certainly don't suffer from having to run boots when they'd probably be running them anyway even if they weren't Rock-weak. It's not a "shitty bandaid fix", it's arguably the single best item in the entire game.

You're vastly overstating the effect Stealth Rocks has on the viability of Pokemon, they don't unfairly ruin Rock-weak Pokemon anymore than other omnipresent moves like Knock Off or U-turn do to Dark and Bug-weak Pokemon. If anything those moves are worse because entry hazards are much easier to play around than the two most easily spammable moves in the game.
