Vaporeon isn't the only good gen 1 water type to fuck. In fact, the mascot of surf itself is also a valid option. Yes, I am talking about Lapras. However, that isn't the end of the story since it is also based on Cetaceans like the humpback whale, blue whale, and Dolphins to an extent. All 3 of those animals are highly intelligent, and since Pokémon in general have some sentience, it wouldn't be that farfetched to say that a female Lapras would have the intelligence to consent to sex. Standing at 8'02" ft and weighing in at 485.0 lbs, Lapras is basically a larger, but somewhat inferior Vaporeon since Lapras also has the same HP stat and abilities as Vaporeon does with the additional shell armor, which isn't that useful in the bedroom. Yes, Lapras isn't in the field egg group. But, that means you don't have to bring condoms
