Finally I'd rather they didn't get alt evolutions or regionals. These are the starters that seem to get the most shit thrown at them (there are far less popular starters but those are ignored rather than actively hated): Typhlosion for being Charizard Jr and having its battle flames taken away, Samurott due to being too different from Oshawott, I'm not quite remember what exactly people shitpost about for Decidueye but I know I've seen stuff. Even their Gens get a weird amount of hate recently. Not to mention all of them are lackluster with Typhlosion having the worst movepool in starter history (the only reason its better than Meganium is Eruption). Having them be replaced with alt evos or regionals would be the worst case scenario. (Though I would like if they got something like Battle Bond that were add-ons to the original).
