Not like nidoking but he has gyrados tail fusion, but like you could transfer some abilities moves, and even change color, like Magmortar's primary color can be red, so you have gene for that coloration and place into a pokemon like gardivor, you replace all the green with that red coloration, that would be cool.
Also expand on it, like breeding mareep to have bigger fluff and when it evolves the final stage has hair like the Mega form.
I think it would be cool if they made a spin off about breeding the best pokemon.
And you could make stuff like pic related happen by breeding
