If Amoongus can be a grass type despite not even being a plant, let alone grass, then so can the Pokemon based around the sun, which between Sunny Day and Volcarona, is clear that the sun is still represented as a fire type, despite not being actually on fire. At the very least, Solgaleo should have a special version of Flash Fire, since it literally fucking eats one of the hottest stars (which you know, only Magcargo, a not-fire fire type matches in heat, and that is only the surface of the sun at that).
