I'm really expected to believe the gym leader of Sootopolis City, the lore keeper of ancient Sootopolis/key holder to Sky Pillar, Contest Master, right hand man to the champion/champion himself is gonna have time to take care of/raise his "niece" cause his "sister" is somehow too busy?
