The fact that Eusine knows about Suicune and is able to even hunt it down at all, to where he often just shows up in the right place slightly late puts him above the vast, vast majority of trainers already. People need to stop taking "jobbed to a 10 year old" as some crazy thing when that's what literally everyone in the game eventually does.

Electrode is fast as fuck and is basically a huge stun grenade.
While it does not work like that mechanically, from narrative point of view Electrode makes perfect sense as Pokemon for de-facto hunter.
