If I catch this one in White 1 is it the same one that my trainer has let go in those two years in White 2 lore wise or is it another one?

The B/W post-game is kinda non-canon considering there's no mention of the previous protags becoming Champion in BW2. Same thing happened to R/B/Y's "postgame" in HG/SS considering Mewtwo is still in Cerulean Cave.

Since the Unova games were implied/stated in Opelucid by that NPC battery man to be two separate universes, I'd say two.

There's technically only one unique species of Original Dragon which split into Resh/Zek, casting off the "shell" like frozen corpse that is Kyurem. Yes, this was outright stated in BW2, so not headcanon.
