You can transfer to fake gen 5 games, but not from fake gen 4 games. Similarly, you can do the same with gen 4 to 3.
DS download play for gen 5 requires specific memory locations no flash cards or reproductions use. Similarly for transferring over GBA to gen 4, the memory locations are just fucked enough that they won't work from any gen 3 flash cart or reproduction when trying to transfer over.
As you might guess, you can't transfer from fake gen 5 games to Bank. Same issues.
Fake gen 3 games similarly have issues with GameCube interfacing if you were thinking about that.
Battle Revolution doesn't work with fake gen 4 games either.
As far as I'm aware, gen 1 and 2 reproductions and flash carts work with each other. I believe gen 1 and 2 reproductions specifically, not flash carts, can work with the GB Transfer Pak on the N64 Stadium games.
