Maybe it is not the best looking game on the GBA, maybe, but no game on this system has more SOUL than this one.

Zeldas, Mario & Luigi, some Final Fantasies, Mother. If you think pokemon games are extra soulful you probably haven't played that much games. Soul in Pokemon is standard in other games. Cliff town, populated beach, treehouses. Not really groundbreaking features or locations.
