>>48200210>And its obvious they don't.I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you're not entitled to double time. Case in point, my own employer has different policies on when you start to accrue double time pay depending on your division.
>Why would the worker need to pay more in premiums, when the company made record profits last year?Might have something to do with a virus that has been destroying the world for the past year and a half.
>Outsourcing of jobs still happened under Trump.Yes obviously Trump was not a dictator who could control what every business in the country did.
>No Trump was too prioritized with attention hogging on Twitter and "triggering the libs" rather than get anything done. Even if that were the case why would he let conspiracy theories distract him from getting more jobs?Like I said, Trump was not a dictator. He needed other politicians to cooperate with him in order to get anything done. Maybe you should take a civics course to learn how things are supposed to work in our government.
>Um yes it does. The company is demanding they spend more time away from family on a Sunday. And Sunday's are religious days in America at least. Your average person isn't going to give that up to line the pockets of the ceo.Lefties hate God, so I don't see why this matters to you. That being said , lots of people work on Sundays for their normal pay rate. If you've ever gone shopping at Target on Sunday, all the employees there are working for their normal rate. If an employee actually has a sincerely held religious reason for why he or she cannot work on Sundays (or any other day of the week), then the employer, by law, has to allow the employee to take the day off from work.
