Any Legendary Pokemon or Mythical Pokemon that doesn't exist to maintain the balance of the world and universe isn't canonically Legendary or Mythical, the truth is that they're off-canon. I'm tired of seeing shitty DeviantArt OCs and uninspiring character designs get called "Legendary" or "Mythical" just because the creators of this franchise resorted to low effort cash grabs. Even Mew isn't a Mythical Pokemon either because that stupid fucking cat does nothing but float around and hide. If you're a Pokemon that doesn't exist to maintain the balance of the world and the universe, then you're an ordinary Pokemon. Not Legendary, not Mythical, just an ordinary Pokemon with no purpose.
