I've never seen dragonite and mewtwo like this before. When did sugimori draw them like that?

I'm a bit autistic when it comes to official artwork for Pokemon, especially the old stuff when there was more variety, and I have never seen these before. There are some unique illustrations that you can only find on stickers and cards (not TCG) that were released in Japan, but I have never seen these Eeveelutions, the Tauros, or that Mew. I can't speak confidently on the rest of them though. Where did you get this book?

I got the special edition of the Let's find Pokemon books and it seems that they updated the art to be the designs used in the anime.

And yes I did draw all over mine because I was a retard

Is this book worth anything? I was given a free copy of it a few years ago and it was fun to look at for 5 minutes but that was enough
