>>48215148Make Zygarde swoop in like giratina, earlier on in the game and have it play a role as the bad guy because it's destroying everything in it's path to get to lysandre, once you get ready to fight lysandre, Zygarde smashes into the ultimate weapon going into it's 100% form and 100% pissed.
It kicks lysandre's ass makes the hidden base you are in look like a banged up trash can, and the cocoons of the legendary pokemon are now going to be destroyed by it if you don't stop it all the imbalances of nature caused by the Ultimate weapon just showing up has made it nuts.
Z removes
-Starter Kanto mons
-Snorlax on the bridge
-Mega Lucario, you get the stone but not the Lucario you actually have to get off your ass and find one
Z adds
+better pokemon distribution
+more puzzles with the ride pokemon to find new areas that also give you more rare pokemon
+Bridge snorlax is just a muchlax, you get it by fighting like normal, or feeding
+Most late game/end game Mega Stones are swapped around to be obtained earlier in the game along with some of those pokemon
+Sina and dexio fight with you at the desert part and they do a thing
+Desert area is expanded upon in general, and has more stuff by post game, basically a hidden labyrinth in it now.
