Suicune. It's the box art Pokemon of Crystal, & it's a regal-looking blue Water type, so it makes sense. Definitely Suicune, if I have only one ball.

Regice also seems good, but probably a fancy Ice or Water type Pokemon like Lapras, Frosslass or Cloyster. The Crystal Onyx would be perfect, as well.

Pretty sure it's the only one I saw in theaters. At the very least it's the only one I remember having seen in theaters, because I got an unown trading card at the ticket booth.

That said I have the fondest memories of the second movie for some reason. I think it was the frozen ocean grey sky aesthetic.

Like, an ACTUAL dinosaur, & not a Pokemon? The public & normie audiences would think it was jumping the shark, then wonder how Pokemon & IRL animals could exist in the same universe. Also, a dinosaur being revived & rampaging through Kanto wouldn't be interesting, since most Pokemon could take them down with attacks.

Not to mention, Jurassic Park 2 had a similar plot that came out four years earlier, it would be accused of being a ripoff.

The funniest thing about this movie is that I had a friend beg me to watch it with her because she loved Darkrai, like in a romantic edgy way. I completely forgot Alicia’s name (homophonic to my friend’s) and she started freaking out lol. Best viewing experience possible with one of these movies.
