Elecktorss looked good when it was posed like how it was in BW, but looks odd because of it floating, looks tiny and lack some of the personality it had before.
Think of the New Dragon quest game, even if you don't like the monsters, the models have dynamic pose that gives them a bit more life.
Hitmontop, has a good idle so other pokemon could have at least something, even if small.
Also Washed out isn't that bad, but they should be a mixture of both personally, if charizard has his Sprite pallet he looks to bright subdue it bit but don't wash it out to hard that they look odd in the more colorful world around him.
