Leftoids spent 50 years demoralising 3 generations of children into thinking that they are stuck being at the bottom rung and that nothing they do will matter. This causes 3 generations of children to not give a shit. They phone in their work and do the bare minimum to not get sacked as a result. Employers, believe it or not, can tell when employees don’t give a shit. So why would they give a shit about employees who couldn’t care less about who they work for or where they work? This becomes a feedback loop of people constantly trying to screw each other over because they think the other party is trying to do it first.
It all comes back to the demonisation of strong work ethics and morality. Something the political left has been doing for as long as it has existed, because a low-trust society is one of the prerequisites for a communist revolution. The modern work environment has been meticulously crafted by a group of people who want to perform a controlled demolition of society, so that they can then rebuild it in their own image.
