Help. I just started playing Pokemon Moon, and I got into a battle with a Gastly on route 2. The fucker used mean look on my Raticate, which only knows normal moves, and Gastly's only attacking move is Lick, which has no effect.

I don't know what to do. How do I escape this hell?
