I'm going to start from Game Boy and work my way through some of the games to get all pokemon on whatever my end point is.
If a past exists, then great. If not I'd just go through the missing of each game and make on for other anons to use.
An issue is transferring mons from GB->GBA/DS. I do know you can import your game boy saves into the 3ds VC but then Bank is needed to move them onto a newer game. I'd consider homebrew or PKhex to transfer instead as using a (((service))) is not an eternal method.
