Zamazenta's Body Press would still deal less damage than Close Combat. What Zamazenta truly lacks is pressure. Not the ability, but actual pressure. It can take hits, but it's not threatening you with moves like Toxic, Defog, Spikes, Wish, or etc. Its offensive pressure is laughable for Ubers, but too much for OU. It can switch in, but it can't do anything once its in.

Hell, it can't even heal itself. It's effectively squishier than Toxapex because of Toxapex's limitless HP pool.

Because she's only two thirds wrong. You should use pokemon you like, but you can't just use unplayable pokemon and act surprised when you can't win. It's called having a balance. Perhaps you should try the following:
1)Picking 2-4 viable pokemon you love
2)Picking 1-2 viable pokemon you're okay with using
3)Pick 1 of your bros and try to make them as viable as humanly possible or just pick your second/third best if your bro is something like delibird.

I am THE EV TRAINERS, THE 6 ARCEUSES, THE GYM LEADER, THE ONE WHO JUST LIKES TO SHOW OFF SHINIES, and THE ONE WHO'S DOING THIS FOR FUN all at the same time. Body Press does outdamage Close Combat if you compare a Zamazenta with a defense-raising nature vs a Zamazenta with an attack-rasing nature.

Thats was the worst of crowned zamazenta, +30 in the defenses, and a speed drop, when zacian gets a +40 attack and a +10 speed.

The real issue is the use your favorite quote falls part because Game Freak is so spite that they intentionally make certain Pokémon worthless to make others look better. Pretty ironic that Karen's quote takes place in the Johto games, considering how Game Freak treats the mons from there.

Ah back when this would apply to the game in general.
Not so much nowadays since online is now a standard, until they decide they are done with it.
I always use my favs and always win after all its only AI the only remote challenge in pokemon is online and back in gen 1 there was none it was just 2 friends battling.
No ev/ivs and ability's etc just garbage move pools
