Just beat Lance in Crystal with this team. I was really surprised with how much work Oracle put in considering her moveset. Used her in every E4 battle except Lance. Even against Karen she did well to get rid of the Murkrow and Vileplume. Manny was the MVP against Lance. Taking the risk of switching into Dragonite betting it on it being the one with Thunder payed off, as he was able to lower their speed with Icy Wind and 2HKO them. It also managed to get a crit on the ace Dragonite, taking it out in one hit. Things got heated up by the end of the battle. I was planning on keeping Sobek healthy for the Aerodactyl, but it had somehow lost over half health and got paralysed throughout the course of the battle, so if Sobek slipped up here the battle would be lost because I only had two Pokémon left and they would've been useless against Aerodactyl. I switched into Sobek on the recharge turn after it used Hyper Beam, and Sobek broke through paralysis twice in a row, 2 shotting the Aero with Surf, while living on 11 HP. It was honestly quite a magical moment, seeing the first Pokémon I got take out the final one of my journey to becoming the Champion in a very close clutch.
