Anyway, I still don't know why the Eeveelutions have such shallow movepools and only 2 abilities (when Eevee itself has 3). What's the best Water coverage move Glaceon has? Water Pulse?

Ice getting new resistances is a fantastic way to start and wouldn't just benefit Glaceon.

Have it resist Ground, Fairy, Dragon, and Flying, along with itself.

Only Flying and Fairy are good enough offensively to warrant having Ice resist it.

I like the Defense Boost in Hail. Its just common sense at this point.
