An interesting question that I (somewhat) have an answer to.
Short answer: basically any moves can be fetishized
Long answer: it's not that easy to say. Some time ago I wanted to make a gen3 porn romhack where moves could act like field moves but for porn, basically triggering a cutscene where the mons fucks your trainer. Well, let me say this but finding appropriate moves was harder than I thought, as they need to work for every Pokémon that learn them the action needs to be quite adaptable to different situations. So yeah it's hard, and surprisingly I found that the best type for this kind of stuff is Grass of all of them (I seriously thought it would've been normal), while the least "sexy" type was Fire, as it's basically just various degree of burn play which isn't even the most interesting of fetishes?
