I would say lackluster to it's predecessor, and only that, because Sun Moon is the only time the franchise has had anything resembling a good (more like decent than good, but still) story. Everything else has been garbage that goes from garbage that atleast stays out of your way (first two gens) to garbage that wastes your time too much( G5 and SwSh)
