I like Scizor because hes really strong and bullet punch is a cool strategy and red is my favorite color and i used him a lot in OU and everytime theres a new game i always take Scyther from pokebank/home and play with it the first playtrough :)

i never liked this thing, the fact that klingklag literally has the same sprite/model as klang but with an added gear always felt so lazy to me. imagine if magneton evolved and he just got another magnemite added to it

My favorite mon is Pelipper. When I was a little kid my family moved to Florida and I saw pelicans for the first time, so it has a bit of sentimental value. I remember thinking it was so cool that a water/flying type could learn shock wave for inexplicable reasons. Nowadays I've also grown to appreciate its anatomically inept design. Look at its eyes: the pupils are completely split. How does this thing see? Who came up with that? Its beak is so large it covers its entire body, begging the age-old question "where are its organs?" And to top it off: check out those feet. They are way too small and far back. Clearly this thing cannot even stand and must lift itself up on its wings. Just imagine a Pelipper feebly hopping along the ground. I love this stupid bird

I would like Pelipper a lot more if it's artwork wasn't so washed out and outdated. The Gen 3 Sugimori artwork needs updating.

Blastoise was my first ever favorite, but Elekid and Togetic became my best friends in Silver. Electivire then owned my title of favorite for years until I rediscovered how much I loved the Togepi line. I couldn’t imagine a favorites team without both of my besties at my side.

Mr. Mime is my favorite because of pic related. I first got into Pokemon because when I was a kid my aunt's boyfriend gave me all of his old cards and the only foil card was this, and it was sitting on the top. Fast forward a few years and me and a friend would battle each other with 6 cards and I used this guy, and because of power creep with newer cards it was almost invincible and won me most games. Very nostalgic for me.

I love Charizard. I have always had the most fun using it even as a Chamander. It was the most rewarding to raise and fully evolve. Fighting with it against the early Kanto gym leaders who are particularity harsh on it is a satisfying challenge. I really enjoy how it gains the flying typing in its final stage.

It was the first Pokemon I intentionally EV trained, all the way back in Platinum. I love her design, her in-game cry, movepool, and typing.
Jynx is just goofy, cool, and cute all in one, not even in a coomer way
