>>48302759Both of those Pokemon are balanced. Dracovish is slow, predicable, cannot take advantage of Dynamax, and can only use single target attacks. Zacian is obviously a bit stronger, being a restricted, but it still has the same problem of being predictable, single target, and unable to Dynamax. You can stop both of them with Protect, or simple outspeed them with Tailwind, or underspeed them with TR. In fact I can't think of any single Pokemon that is "unbalanced" in Gen 8. There are bad matchups, but no Pokemon has a favorable matchup in every scenario.
