Decidueye isn't godawful and is saved by its impressive movepool with several support options. But its stat spread is extremely awkward and its ability is situational at best.
Samurrott has a great offensive movepool and is at least amazing in it's tier, but as a whole its lackluster because mixed-attacker with middling bulk and meh speed isn't the best archetype.
Typhlosion has nothing because Eruption is obsolete due to Charizard getting Weather Ball. Flash Fire is worthless meme ability outside of doubles, and It has the worst movepool of any fire-type in the franchise, and the worst stat spread because its the only Pokemon with the dishonor of being a Charizard without the special snowflake forms, or worship.
The final evos we have now need buffs and power creep is so bad that the only feasible way to do that would be with battle-forms similar to megas. (Typhlosion also needs a movepool so it can actually be useable in game).
