I wouldn't jump so quick to say it isn't as other anons, it's called pokemon "legends" and some locations in the last trailer look straight out of botw, maybe it's some version of it.

Both LGPE and SwSh were made using a mix of the BOTW, Splatoon and Gamefreak's proprietary engine. Considering the way Pokemons reflect light is similar to how it looks in SwSh this is likely the same engine as those other two games but with settings tweaked and "leaning' more on BOTW's enviromental feature set than before
