At least Farfetch'd actually had different coloring. This looks exactly like a regular stantler. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's just a regular stantler.

I think it's just stylized slightly. There are no blatant differences to the regular Stantler that indicate a different form. Wyrdeer has regular Stantler's nose-thing and eyes, so I don't see why that would be different on its hypothetical preevo.

Yes, Stantler evolves into Wrydeer in Legends, but by the time of DP, the factors which triggered that evolution do not occur in that era, meaning it stays a NFE shitmon.
I'm even predicting the NEXT region will have an area/habitat where Hisuian pokémon/evolutions are still extant and prosper (mind, I've been thinking the next region would be SE asia, due to covid's effects, so it just makes sense to go to some nearby region where they can arsepull the same factors as in old Hisui).

...The fact BDSP is launching before Legends. I know you want le ebin memedeer in BDSP, but they specifically said on reveal of Legends it would have pokémon not in Sinnoh in modern times. That's pretty blatant, never mind the meta reason of forcing people to buy Legends AND BDSP to "catch 'em all' for Magearna in Home. ANd you know, whos making this as a remake overseen by Masuda, who'll not want to draw too much focus off Legends, give that's the big boy effort.

Probably just a regular stantler with eyes closed. Wyrdeer, Basculegion, and Kleavor are listed separately from Hisuian Braviary and Growlithe, so it seems like they're true crossgen evos. Not sure what's up with the protrusion from the back of its neck, though.

The proposed hisuian stantler you’ve seemingly discovered is the exact inverse of this where it’s coloration is indentical down to the fuckin spot pattern by it’s hind legs leaving only the hooves and muzzle to change color. no change to the horns or build, just that it’s hooves and muzzle are now black. great variant you fucking idiot.
