Most Rock types tend to be slow. It doesn't even have wings like Scyther and Scizor. It doesn't look like it'd be faster than Scizor at least.

Fair, I could be wrong. In that case, maybe it will have an insane attack stat but terrible speed. It moved around pretty quick in the trailer though.
