Not all pokemon can do it, in fact not many at all... But NATURALLY Charizard will be one of the "fusion mons"

Also there is carvings of new pokemon on their bracelets to depitc what they are in charge of caring for certain Noble pokemon (same as Totem pokemon)
Nothing of that implying new gimmick.

Ideally something dynamic and universal, like Dynamax. Don't make me commit to a Pokemon before the battle, and don't limit which Pokemon can do it. Let me pick the time and position in the battle to use the gimmick.
