There's no precedent for regionals or megas being excluded from a remake. If they weren't going to add them they would have just used the original Poketch sprites to stay consistent instead of whatever the fuck this is.
They're in. It doesn't make sense for this to be the ONE thing they're not being "faithful" about.

even LGPE had regional forms and those game didn't even had abilities or items, I think the only reason for the forms to be excluded would be the complications of Galar Mr. Mime or Galar Farfetch'd being unable to evolve

They wont be unable to evolve. Since the base forms are different subspecies, they will simply evolve into their respective evolutions when the requirements are met, and these requirements aren't linked to the Galar region.

It would be strange if regional forms weren't available even as Home transfers only.
I know we only have LGPE and SWSH as precedent for the post-dexcut series, which isn't much, but typically they don't exclude a Pokemon's permanent alternate forms from the game. They include the complete package, so to speak.
SWSH for example had all the alola forms for each respective pokemon in the game, even pre-DLC when they weren't actually available in-game.

We have to wait till the game comes out or a proper announcement to see what actually happens, but that's foreign to /vp/ as evidenced by the PLA discussions.

But that's the thing, Game freak doesn't distinguish alternate forms by generation. They're all still considered Pokemon from Gen 4 and under.
Galar's regional evolutions are the bigger question.
