HM's don't need to be used as much, or make it so pokemon can just learn the move without taking a slot, or just a way for people to use whatever, Portable PC works with that too, just make the portable PC not heal your pokemon and maybe it only holds like 10 pokemon.
Gen 5 and above pokemon that can be encountered, let me use snom in a good game, also just adds more interesting options if you can use something Galvantula.
