I've honestly never bought anything from pokemon center since it reopened a few years back, I have shit from when I was a kid like my shadow lugia pokedoll and a few others, but I've never bought the big ones.

The quality on their plushies is good, and they're pretty cheap as far as licensed plushies go. Especially the Sitting Cuties line, which is all the small ones in the middle of the OP picture, those are $11 each

It’s just really fluffy. You can comb it if it bothers you that the fluff is going in all directions and looks sloppy but I’d recommend a non plush quaggy if you have no plans to hug it

I usually just spot/surface clean plushes, there’s a lot of risk in putting it in the wash. As long as you’re relatively clean yourself before hugging it you can probably get away with just dabbing it with a damp cloth to clean it every once in a while.
