Cause in general I like Megas, I think they could be balanced better and incorporate elements of Z-Moves into the mechanic to make it more interesting (I've mentioned this on threads months ago but an idea of having it so Mega Stones could be used by any Pokemon and provide stat boosts and additional effects based on the particular stone like Steelixite or Aggronite might significantly boost Defence for any Pokemon holding it).
As for the Megas specifically, Absol and Mawile's are pretty cool. Blaziken's is also pretty solid although personally I don't like Blaziken that much so it's kinda balanced out. Ampharos' is fine although I think it could've been better, Dragon-Typing is cool though. Lucario's is fine although probably the most underwhelming given it's more so building on the core design rather than adding proper new elements like the rest. Mewtwo Y is probably the weakest although I do like it an Mewtwo X's designs more than regular Mewtwo so they've got that going for them at least.
