Not in-person, but there's people dressed as Palkia in the HQ map of Hisui they released on reveal. Seems to be two factions, one worshipping Palkia and the other Dialga. There MAY be a third faction worshipping Giratina, but they don't seem to be visible on the map (maybe they set up in what becomes Turnback Cave in modern Sinnoh).

I'm not sure what makes you people function. Every concept isn't done until it's introduced. Back in Gen 7 Alolan Pokémon didn't have evolutions, now they do as of Gen 8. Who says they can't wait add evos to old Mons regardless?
