Zekrom can't even learn peck, you kind of need a break in order to justify having that move. If any legendary gets bolt beak it'll be Zapdos.

Movesets for the sake of "covering weaknesses" defeats the purpose of having typified Pokémon in the first place.

Moves that don't make sense on a lore/design basis, is also bad game design. Zoomers have bad taste.

Zekrom's snout is more beak shaped though to be fair, like the jaw is reptilian but that hook on its snout gives it a sort of beak like quality, so it could probably peck with that
