let’s be real, they only called it hisui instead of sinnoh because they didn’t want kids to ask their mom why the "sinnohan growlithe" couldn’t be transfer in bdsp.

And we don't know everything about the Grand Underground or how the wild pokémon spawns work, for all you or I know, they'll have some bullshit way to get them in BDSP after Home connectivity.
