>>48366424There is no such thing as the singular "downhill" as it's more like a Rollercoaster ride:
Gen 1 got you on the ride
Gen 2 was the build up and the ascension, seeing your cart rise above all the trees and other rides
Gen 3 was the peak of the coaster where it stops and let's you take in the view of the amusement park. It's most iconic and memorable moment, but you know it's physical impossible to reach this high point again, but you almost don't want it to as this one spot should be one of a kind.
Gen 4 was the first decline, speeding up more and more towards rock bottom, with HGSS being the slow move back up
Gen 5 is where the coaster rides back up to a high point.
Gen 6 is the decends right make down.
Gen 7 is the first loop as SM& USUM being the rise and LGPE being the fall.
Gen 8 is a zero g-roll as SS is the rise, the DLCs are the random, but epic twist at the top that filter out the normies and their lunches and Sinnoh remakes are the decline again
I only can only guess how this will end.
