What are the best battles in the Ashnime? Also if you could have a battle between any two characters animated, who would you choose?

I really like watching Ash vs Drake, Ash vs Paul, Ash vs Kukui, and recently Ash vs Volkner.
I really want to see a Ash vs Tobias rematch. Paul vs Alain would be cool too.

It's definitely better. In fact Ash vs Alain and Ash vs Paul are better, so that's at least 2 better than Ash vs Gary.

Ash v Paul, Ash v Kukui, and Ash ve Blaziken guy from Johto are probably my top 3. The battle with the Dragonite guy from Orange Islands gets an honorable mention too. The XY battles are shallow trash.

Holy shit this was one awesome battle. Nearly forgot about it. Harrison was such a Chad but it is a bit stupid that Charizard lost to Blaziken (a fighting type)

I honestly don't mind any of the older episodes. Funny enough I can't stand Ash's original VA beijg replaced despite the new one being around much longer kek.
