>>48373998>Samurott and Typhlosion are two of my favoritesSeriously? that's pretty cool. Typhlosion is actually my favorite starter Pokemon and all the Legends starters are my favorites from their respective trios (Samurott and Serperior are close but looking more into Samurotts origins and concept made me appreciated it a lot more)
>It's interesting to see new takes on designs I already love and to potentially see at least some variant of my favourite Pokemon reach mainstream appeal. Now that you describe it like that, the idea or regional forms doesn't sound to bad. In fact, seeing how a Pokemon adjusts to its environment sounds really cool. Still, I would be nice for the originals to get buffs, especially since TPC and Game Freak would never allow their precious Charizard to be outclassed by a regional form.
>nothing in BDSP or Legends so far has indicated a return for megasOh that I agree with, I don't think megas would ever return. I was hoping for something along the lines of a battle-bond like form where they become "nobles", the like ones the players would fight in Legends.
> all 3 starters are more or less the posterboys of Slow Frail Mixed AttackerActually Typhlosion's something infinitely worse than an SFMA, its literally "Use Charizard instead" since its Charizard's exact fucking stats without the broken flying type, broken movepool, broken Megas (yes plural), or broken Giga.
