The berry farmers union of Hoenn today delievered their closing arguments in their landmark case against the Devon Corporation, which sees the afformation business being sued for P100 trillion for aledgedly continuing to market and promote the 'super repel' formula of their repelent line even after learning of the carcenogenic properties of the product. The Kalos and Galar region banned Super Repel last year but internal Devon documents have shown the company knew of these health risks at least 20 years prior and had been actively involved in a cover up campaign for the last 2 decades. Shares in Devon corp closed down a further 1.5% today in Saffron City trading after another turblulent day. The stock has now lost almost 70% from its all time high this time last year, just before the first ban of 'Super Repel' in Kalos and Galar was announced. Investors await the courts decision on friday which would set a key precident for other legal action against the company to be taken by potentially countless others who have been exposed to their products.

In other news, Prof. Oak is the latest celebrity to be caught up in the Bill scandal, with newly released flight manuscripts revealing he flew on the tech entrepreneur's private plane 17 times from several different locations in Kanto to Goldenrod city over the span of the last 4 years. The prof. denies any knowledge of the sex parties and underage trainers who would attend Bill's exclusive home in the mountains above Cerulean city, insisting he only took the flights out of convience for attending his radio show and that these were favours from Bill whom he otherwise only knew in a professional capacity.
