Pretty accurate or not? Ranked on a mix of stats and design.

only gen 1-4 pokemon (pokemon died after gen4)

I don't have much experience with Beartic, only used it once in BW where it was fine but the design is what really puts me off using it more.

Why would I count Arceus Ice, I don't count Castform Snowy or Rotom Frost either and they've got more visual changes from their base forms than Arceus Ice does.

Jynx is a very under rated pokemon. Its fast and has a strong sp attack which compliments STAB ice beams and psychics. Lovely kiss is a better hypnosis too

True, it has better stats and a more interesting design. Dewgong is more aesthetic tho, being a pure white streamlined seal.

Battlewise sure but design wise Dewgong has Walrein beat in every department hell it's got the rest of Gen I's Ice-Types beat as far as I'm concerned.

Dewgong would be more apealing if you like cute/beautiful designs, however even if we didnt have primarina, the few girls i know that are into pokemon, they all prefer lapras over dewgong

Jynx was a high tier Pokemon through gens 1-3, probaby the single best Ice type (other than Cloyster which was just a Spikes+Explosion suicide lead). Once Fire and Fighting types actually became viable in gen 4 it fell out of favour alongside just about every other Ice type in the game though.

I mean look at my S and A Tier, most of those Pokemon I'd probably categorize under a sort of elegant design; Aurorus, Froslass, Alolan Ninetales, Frosmoth & Lapras. Cryogonal is just one of those things I have for abstract Pokemon (it's the same for shit like Porygon-Z) and Weavile and Mamoswine are due to some history I've had with them through playthroughs where they really pulled their weight and were MVPs.

In Gen 1 and 2 maybe, but not in Gen 3 where Metagross and Jirachi are common in OU.
