Depends what it gains. If it got Tough Claws, then most definitely OU material, with FIMP/Aqua Jet, SD and filler (Knock, CC, leech life, literally anything) or an AV gimmick set, but probably just boots SD, or a CB set with FIMP/AJ/CC/filler

It'd be really, really good with Tough Claws. If not OU, definitely banned from UU, so UUBL at least.
