Give it +5 Speed and +15 Defense. Maybe also buff Reckless, to make it's damage boost also apply to stat-lowering attacks like Close Combat

You kind of don't, had raptor been on Sword/Shield's pokedex, he would've dropped to UU and stay UU because this time, powercreep was an actual bitch to the point that National Dex OU had him stay in UU.
