Smashfags are worse than Pokemonfags by a mile. I was invited to a "party" back in high school that turned out to just be literally dozens of Smash autists gathered in some guy's house playing Melee on CRT TVs recording their matches on VCRs and sleeping on the floor. They were all playing for money too. Anyone who thinks Smash is anything more than a party game to play while drunk with your bros is a certified autistic. Pokemon is at least a game you can play fairly competitively without snorting a line of Adderall beforehand.

it is, swsh is built ontop of Lets Go which itself is based on XY/USUM's engine. Its pretty obvious if you play the proto but thats not a bad thing, they just didn't really update the engine to handle all the shit they added.
