>PyrceDelibird (Old man with Santa bird fits), Having it use TMs would show the player how Pokémon, worthless level up moves can be made at least use like with TMs. Plus he’s supposed to be a breather boss so having a weaker mon like Delibird works.
>ClairThere are no other Gen 2 dragons types aside from Kingdra, nothing in Johto fits the theme of her team, and she’s enough of a challenge as it. So you could keep her team as is. Or she could get a Dunsparce since its a serpent but considering her pride I can't imagine her putting a weak pokemon like that on her team. Though you could argue that she's so overconfident and delusional she thinks HER Dunsparce is abnormally strong.
