No the only thing remotely similar is the eyes. Other than that
One is a dog with long ears and a horn with hands and feet that are easily definable without a tail.
One is a mouse with smaller ears, a lightning bolt shaped tail, Legs that look like they've been melded together and five fingered hands as opposed to terriermon's 3
