Who wants more evolutions or just split evolutions in Legends Arceus? Post or share your ideas please. First one I dubbed Fossilix (not mine btw), it's a split evolution of Onix, rock/ghost type. It probably fed on the fossils of specific Pokémon deep in the ground (me thinks Tyrantrum) and gains this evolution.

No, it doesn't. There has been zero evidence of that occurring. Slowbro/king revert back to Slowpoke, but not Shellbro.

No, it looks nothing like Shellder.

Beta sprites suggest otherwise. Clearly, Gamefreak intended on Shellbro being an alternate evo for Shellder. Slowpoke tail existed as a standalone item in Gen 2, so it could easily be used to evolve Shellder into Shellbro.

Another one. This one is a Ledian evolution that I named it Ledisock, its bug/fighting. The artist designed it as a Mega but I feel like it can pull off being a true evolution.

I like what this anon suggested as to why Ledian could evolve in Legends. It is true that stars are slowly but surely disappearing cause of the pollution that blocks them in modern times.

It's edgy as shit and I want it. Though knowing how Onix evos usually work, I'm sure it would be slow and weak and only somewhat defensive.

This should have been the result of giving a SlowpokeTail to a Shellder. I have a feeling that they didn’t do that because they didn’t want the player to be required to support Team Rocket’s poaching Slowpoke tails, but later gens apparently retconned it so that cutting of Slowpoke tails isn’t a crime.

The way it ties in with the lore of it needing starlight is perfect. Though I feel they would make it Bug/fairy to tie in with the star theme. I hope Ledian gets something. Considering Cyndaquil is the Legend starter, it seems like Game Freak is finally starting to respect Gen 2 Pokémon so it’s a possibility.

I want this boy right here. No idea for name but the merchants back then had them as partners. Their tongues produce a sweet aroma that lure in people to the markets. It's charming and quirky demeanor further pushes people to spend. It's normal/fairy because of this.

I'd like to see Nidoking and Nidoqueen get two alternative forms.

Nidoking would be Fighting/Ground and Nidoqueen would be Fairy/Ground filling out the last two types that need to be paired with ground.
