Rayquaza is the one who always shows up to fix shit when the Earth is in danger (ie when Groudon and Kyogre fight or when the Deoxys meteor is about to hit the Earth) meanwhile Zygarde is the one said to go on a rampage whenever the ecosystem is damaged.

Rayquaza is acting territorially because of things disturbing its skies (abusing weather manipulation, meteor trespassing). I agree with the other anon that the Order Pokemon should be Lawful Good way more than Rayquaza.

Because Xerneas literally gives off life energy to others, while Yveltal needs to kill everything around it to feed itself, which is pretty malevolent. Zygarde's dex entries state how it's supposed to protect the ecosystem, which definitely tends a lot more towards good than evil.

Most Pokemon full in the Neutral bracket. There are few you could call truly 'Good' and there is literally only one outright Evil mon. If you had to choose one to fill the chart, what else would you put there?
